Training Program Definition

This program aims to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary to practice training effectively. It empowers them to transfer new knowledge, skills, and behaviors to others and develop training competencies to the highest level. Graduates of the program will become outstanding trainers capable of thinking outside the box when delivering their training. The course focuses specifically on preparing trainers in the psychological field.
